Maggie is an 8-12 month old spayed female kitty that showed up at my front door one day a few weeks ago. Unlike many of the other cats I see outside, Maggie immediately wanted human affection. She started rubbing against me, purring and meowing at me. After a week or so of her waiting patiently outside my house to see me each day, I decided to bring her to my vet. She did not mind being picked up at all and didn't fuss too much in the cat carrier. The vet confirmed that she was at one time, part of a TNR program (because one of her ears is clipped). However, she didn't have any microchip. She tested negative for diseases and only had a mild case of fleas. He gave her some Revolution and a clean bill of heath. He also felt (as I did) that she was extremely friendly for an outdoor/stray cat. She loves people, belly rubs, and doesn't mind being handled. 
 
Maggie seems fine with all the neighborhood cats. She has a relaxed personality, though because still quite young, she is active and playful. Maggie has long black hair with white paws and some white on her belly. She loves to sit right next to me on the couch and knead on me. She has no issue with using the litter box. She does not mind my other three cats (although they don't seem too crazy about her). 
 
I would like to find a forever home for this little sweetie pie. She loves to snuggle up on anything soft and warm and take long baths and naps. She is just too sweet to live her entire life outside.
