Charming scoundrel

Barney is - like his namesake from “How I Met Your Mother” – handsome, self-confident, outgoing, fearless, needs plenty of friends, and is all around charming in his way.  He loves people but is very playful and really needs to have another feline in the household to tussle with.  He also adores the foster dog who tolerates his jumping on him and chewing on his paws and muzzle!  But when he’s all tired out, it’s at your feet you’ll find him, taking his nap, because he knows people are the best buds with two legs. Oh and he’s very soft and cuddly, too!

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
