Elvin is a soft-coated (feels like mink) Russian Blue.  He's the sibling to Happy and he also enjoys being petted and held and, like Happy, Elvin is happy that he is no longer living on the streets.  He purrs when held and arches his back when being petted, and really enjoys company.   Elvin is an outspoken boy; he lets you know what he has on his mind and, if you are looking for a pair, Happy and Elvin would be a great two-some.
