Here’s Alice, the sweetest little pup you’d ever want to meet.  We are guessing she might be a Dachshund x Chihuahua x Papillon with a side of Spaniel.  She’s a recent rescue from the high-kill Lancaster shelter and has come a long way in the last two months.  She now walks nicely on a leash, is paper-trained and house-trained, and is learning “come” and “sit.”  She loves to go for walks and ride in the car.  She is a little shy still but has great willingness.  She is good around older children and non-aggressive dogs and (thus far) ignores cats.  Alice loves to cuddle and will be a wonderful pet for a family.  She weighs eight pounds and is spayed, current on her vaccinations, microchipped, and healthy.  In her picture Alice seems sad, but she was newly out of the shelter when it was taken.  She's a lot happier now.  Alice is in San Jose, but transportation can be provided if you live in a surrounding area.  Please call (310) 600-5237 to adopt Alice.
