He's adorable!

About Rome

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Black
  • Color: Black withsmall white on chest and thoart / Bicolor
  • Current Age: 1 Year 7 Months (best estimate)
  • Microchipped: Yes
  • Declawed: No
  • Housetrained: Yes

Rome has the cutest little white spot on his throat and on his chest, so he's quite the special little guy.
He is very outgoing and loves people and other cats (and likely will like gentle dogs, though that hasn't been assessed yet). He loves to play but is also very gentle, and will be a great pet for a family with kids. He has a penchant for the hammock in his cage and he also enjoys playing with his paper strips and balls when he isn't playing footsie with his neighbor kitties! He can keep himself occupied if you are busy, which makes it nice if you are still working from home!

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
