Dratini (yellow collar) is very outgoing, loves people and is very playful; he should be adopted with a sibling. Any sibling is fine but the best matched will be Moustachio, or Eevee or Budew (blue collar), or Chespin (green collar). You can't go wrong with any of the pairing as all get along as the pile pictures show! And they love to wrestle and play together whenever they are awake - as long as they are not eating; but see the other picture - they all eat together sharing just fine!
