She's a loving young cat once she is comfortable in the home

Impa is a very sweet but very shy young cat. She came to us with four kittens and did an excellent job being a mom. Now it’s Impa’s turn to find her furrever home!! At first she comes across as shy and reserved, but once she knows you, she loves to be petted and will purr. She adores chin scratches too!!! So far she hasn’t been a lap cat with us but that may change now that she’s done being a mother. And she loves to play with her soft balls and catnip toys, so she is a fun cat and easy to have in a home.

Impa has beautiful and unique gray fur with a brown undertone with very pretty eyes as well. Her favorite treat currently is dry food mixed with water. (weird, I know, but she loves it even over wet food and churro treats!!) She’s very easy to please.

While Impa hasn’t met other adult cats in her foster home, she should be OK with another calm cat as long as a slow introduction is done. She would also be OK as an only cat. Since Impa is shy, we think she’d do best in a quiet home with older children or no children at all.
