Raney is a very sweet and affectionate cat. She will run over to greet you and beg to be petted. She will follow you around, always curious about what you’re doing, and is constantly purring. Raney also enjoys being held and giving you kisses on the nose. She is so far not particularly a lap cat, but is very affectionate regardless. She will rub against you until you pet her, not taking no for an answer. She is also a big talker! She has a classic Siamese meow with a lot to say, which is typical of the Siamese mix kitties. She does enjoy playing with wand toys and toys with bells but is always gentle while playing, never using her claws.

Raney is beautiful with her tortoise shell points, blue eyes, and creamy-colored coat. Her fur is very thick and soft. Keep in mind that she is a bit over 6 months old and 7 pounds; that is about 80 percent of her adult size. Raney seems to like the other cats in her foster mom’s home but, being part Siamese, you don't know if she will like other cats as an adult. So she will certainly be okay as a single kitty, as long as she is given plenty of attention and affection.
