Well Trained - Black & White Tuxedo Cat
Our RV and international traveling lifestyle will not allow us to keep Ricky who found us as a stray about 3 months ago (just before the shelter-in-place mandate started). He is a domesticated cat that was probably left at the Morgan Hill RV Park by accident.
The vet estimates him to be a mature cat around 5 to 7 years old. We’ve had him long enough to know his personality. Here are a few more characteristics:
He has been neutered and had a rabies shot recently.
He is a slow, layed-back and a big cat (18pounds!).
He gets along with other cats and dogs.
Loves to have his head and under his chin scratched.
Has a lion-like, LOUD purr.
He lays on the floor most of the time except to settle into the one chair late at night. He’ll stare you down until you get out of “his” chair.
He will sleep on the bed if you permit him but only at the foot of the bed.
He is house-broken and only goes to the bathroom outside. We haven’t tried a cat box but he’s smart enough that he would figure it out.
Sits at the door and meows or touches the door latch to be let out. We’re sure he would take to a cat-door.
Loves it outside and will come when you call his name or “click” for him.
Likes to walk around the RV park with us.
Plays with shoe laces tied together, crumpled-up paper, pin light, small rocks in the garden.
Ricky has been a great companion. He deserves a loving individual to care for him.
