Calliope named after the Greek muse of heroic poetry is a diluted tortie, with very pretty markings but is mostly gray. She is outgoing and adventuresome, and the bravest of the litter.  You can see from her "baby" photos when she was little she liked to take a ride on our feet, now she likes to climb into your lap for attention and purrs contentedly as you pet her.  She is energetic and likes to chase and wrestle with her siblings.  She likes to jump after the feather wand, but her siblings (Athena, Hermes, or Thalia) tails are almost as much fun.  After play is over, she curls up with her sisters and brother for a good nap!
She alsoloves ice cubes and puff balls/pompoms are her    favorite toys She gets along well w/ Puff and  has the best purr ever -she purrs the moment she sees you
     New nickname: Callibear

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
