George was rescued at the IES Hall in Little Portugal less than two days before the Festival of the Holy Ghost bullfights began and hours before her hiding area was mowed. Everyone involved was over joyed when she came to us. That included George who really like being inside with friends and a full food bowl.

The name George was given within hours of the rescue and prior to knowing her gender. The name really fits. So far everyone one agrees George is a George but if you want we can also call her Georgie.

George is very vocal, calls out for food and company. She loves her friend ANA and would like to be adopted with her. Living in a house with other cats would be ok too. George loves all kinds of toys, not sure if she has ever refused or not found the fun in a toy. Running from one end of the house to the other is a great way to use up kitten energy.

George is comfortable sitting next to you, ANA and Alaska. Lap space not required, but not refused. As shown below, George and ANA like carriers and are ready to be adopted.
