Whiskers will greet you at the door when he is established in his forever home, and quietly talk to you if it’s important to get your attention.  He head butts you for attention and loves being brushed, and arches his back happily as you pet him or brush him.
This loving cat was sadly surrendered at SJACS shelter by the first adopters, who were moving.  He has no bad habits that we can find - but he was totally befuddled why he was back at SJACS and so wasn't eating, so SJACS asked us to take him.  He ate the very first night here!
Originally he was adopted as a kitten from SJACS and he is a very gentle guy, so he should be fine with gentle kids.   And Whiskers is totally fine with gentle dogs and other cats.
