Elsie is a dinner party kitty.   She loves people and looks up at you adoringly, even when getting ready to nap, as you can see from the pictures!
She is very outgoing and inquisitive, and did great in the adoption center; all the staff loved her.   She is playful and fun-loving; she can make everything a toy, but is very fond of dangle toys and anything that she can really make move, and look at the video of her playing with the peacock feather.
Elsie is the one who gets into everything before her sister Courtney, and she is fascinated by the guide dog puppy in the foster home!
