Fred is very affectionate, likes to explore and is outgoing.  Playing and wrestling with the siblings are a big favorite.  Fred is in general a passionate little kitty, so when he gets frisky he can bite too hard, so he definitely needs a feline playmate to be with.  Any of the Harry Potter gang will work - George, Cho, or Tonks.
Fred is the most people-attentive of the litter, he comes up to the foster more than any of the others just to be held.  He loves kisses and puts his paws very gently on their face.  Can't help but love that kitty!   Adopters will need to understand boundaries of play (not to get your hand in there when he’s full of frisk) and you'll love him to pieces and be very well loved in return.  Also fine with gentle dogs in the home.
