Sweet gal, but a little shy around guests. Greets you at the door when you come home. Loves to be scratched around her neck or at the base of her tail in the morning when you get up, or evening before bed. She entertains herself throughout the house, finding small items to play with. She likes to run through the house and up the stairs for exercise. She also loves sitting at the window bird watching, chattering to see if they’ll come closer! Great fly catcher - which can be quite entertaining.
We recently learned that our son has developed an allergy to her and her brother! So with heavy hearts, we must find loving homes for Gracie and her brother Scrapper. She came to us when she was about 1.5 years old, her owners were moving. We've had her for about 3.5 years. She has been an indoor cat her entire life.
She would do best being the one and only cat in the household, but gets along with her brother. She likes her food at set times (automatic feeder). Loves to be brushed or scratched. Better for older children, not sure about other animals.
She has a microchip. Good health, spayed, and up to date on rabies vaccination. Nothing else was necessary since she's been an indoor cat. All medical records are available to her new owner. Sometimes her right eye waters, but this doesn't seem to bother her. She is house trained and not declawed. For more info - contact Brenda
