Indy is a very cool cat, a lynx point siamese mix. He was trapped at Independence High, hence his name.  He enjoys being petted and head butts you for more, and will purr for you and arch his back when you stroke his whole body, but he's not yet a "door greeter".  He is a great cat for someone who is happy to have company but not an "in-your-face" cat.   He will thrive in a patient home and continue to gain more confidence and trust as time goes by - and - since he likes to play, playtime together will be a good way to bond faster.   He has great markings  and his lovely blue eyes are stunning!  He will speak if his mind if needed but is not an outrageously chatty siamese.   Indy is fine by himself, but does like other kitty friends and is fine with gentle dogs.  His favorite people are calm people with yummy wet food!  He does enjoy his treats (don't we all!).

You can meet him at Petsmart campbell fairs (check our scheudule and our atttendees) or if you fill out the application meet him at the foster home (no obligation doing application but required before foster home visits.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
