Hi, I'm Cece!  My sister Dede and I are Manx kitties.  That means we have tiny tails. We look pretty cool.  We are Super Duper Love Bugs -- I like to sit on my foster parent’s head, and my sister likes to snuggle under her chin.  We like to wrestle and snuggle with each other; we're best friends.  When our foster parents make kissy noises at us, we walk up to them and kiss them. We LOVE KISSES!  If you have ever wanted over the top friendly, playful, and SUPER SNUGGLY kittens, then we would LOVE to be part of your family.
