About Peaches | |
|
|
Peaches is a sweet cat once she is comfortable about you. She will take a while to determine you are her BFF! And she may overstimulate, so be sure to watch for any of the warning signs. She really enjoys the cat tree and her cat house.
She was originally an adopted kitten from SJACS, turned back in when older, and has been in a warehouse setting for a few years. There she was good rodent control; we do recommend that you do not let her eat what she might catch, as it can lead to “bad mouse disease” which results in kidney failure/death.
We also recommend canned food 2x a day right now for her to help her continue to lose some more weight, as she came back to us overweight by quite a bit, and then going to weight management kibble.
We have updated FVCRP vaccine and flea treated; she is current on rabies vaccine.
To Adopt one of our Cats or Kittens, If the animal bio says that they are a "Courtesy Listing", Thank you for wanting to Adopt! -------------- 13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose. We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
