Bill is the sweetest kitty. He is shy at first but once you get to know him, he is quite the talker. Bill loves to sit on laps and be pet and brushed. Boy does he get into the pets! He loves to roll on his back so you can give him a belly rub. As always, he will return the offer and groom you back! He is more active during nighttime, usually when the humans get off work. At night, he will snuggle up next to you.
Bill is great with other cats and dogs.
