About Tigger | |
|
|
Princess and Tigger are a bonded pair of short hair tabby kittens with have pretty marble type markings. They need to be adopted together.
Both kittens can be picked up. Princes is a cuddler. Tigger is still pretty shy but if you bring out the feather toy he comes right out to play. They are not in a home with children or dogs at the moment and are inside only.
They are litter box trained. Shy but playful.
They love their toys, especially the feather wand.
Their foster has them currently housed in a spare bedroom in a quiet home. They are let out to run, chase and play but then returned as their current foster home has older cats.
Princess is a little more outgoing than Tigger because the foster has her for three weeks and Tigger has been inside for about a week and a half.
Tigger has really come a long way from hiding under the bed to coming out to play and eat. His foster can pick him up and pet him. He’s got a great purr:-)
These kittens were part of a litter of a feral mommy cat that was being fed but they were unable to trap her. After she gave birth to them at six weeks old they all moved into our backyard where we have been getting them use to having people around since June 1.
At three months old they were caught one by one.
Both were fixed by local shelters as TNR cats, as they had no room or time to socialize them. This is why the ears are notched. We picked Princess up and after a 3 weeks of socializing her, she plays, snuggles and lets me hold her. I have even been able to clip her claw nails.
Tigger the boy, was sadly released in our neighborhood by the shelter without telling us. It took him a week to find his way back to our house and easily walked right in. We have been getting the siblings reacquainted which as you can see by the pictures has gone very well. He is still a bit shy from his experience finding his way back.
Princess and Tigger have been adopted.
