Yogi is a big, beautiful boy with a very sweet disposition.  Although not much is known about his background, he does love head scratches and body rubs. He can't get enough and will reach out for more if you stop!  Yogi is a mellow kitty and will gladly relax and hang out in his favorite blanket-covered chair and wait for his meals and attention.

                                                   Yogi is FIV+

FIV-positive means that your cat has been infected by the virus, but if it is not showing signs it may be years, if ever before the cat develops the clinical signs referred to as Feline AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome of cats). Just being diagnosed with the FIV virus does not mean your cat has feline AIDS

The primary mode of transmission for FIV is through bite wounds. Casual, non-aggressive contact does not appear to be an efficient route of spreading the virus. As a result, cats in households with stable social structures where housemates do not fight are at little risk of acquiring FIV infections.
