Heidi is a gray and white tabby 8-month-old teenage kitten, short hair. She is on the shyer side and we need patient adopters with a quiet home; the adopters will need to follow our advice so she will warm up to them and become an awesome companion. She enjoys playing with her Ping-Pong balls. But in general she is a low-key companion.

Her back story was she was half of a pair of siblings (Heather is her sister) that were owner surrenders at a local shelter. They were living in the house only and so were used to people, but they were very scared at the shelter with no idea why all this was happening to them! So we were asked to take them.

They are doing better here, and we feel they will be just fine once in a quiet home environment which follows our directions, so they can relax. They will be best in a home that is familiar with cats, not with a first-time adopter, with no little kids and likely no dogs, as they have no dog experience. They are food-motivated which is very helpful to bonding and it’s time now to let them have a real home and then they can get settled!

Heidi can be a solo cat, but we do know she gets along with others, as Heather and she shared a bathroom at our place, and there were other cats in the home they came from. If you are looking for a pair, H&H would be great!
