Hi, I'm Pepper. My foster family thinks I'm HILARIOUS....when I want to be petted or play, I let it BE KNOWN! I meow-yell at them...I'm cute, so they think it's pretty funny. Hey, I'm a girl that knows what I want. Pet ME! Play With ME! I'm pretty silly. I like to play with all kinds of toys, but my favorite toys are probably fake mice; i like to steal them from my siblings and bat them around. I also love cat trees---wheeeeee! When I'm tired, I'll plop in my foster moms arms... if she pets me and stops, I tell her to keep petting...MEOW!
