I'm Mai and I'm really excited to be adopted into a forever home. I'm an independent sprit and enjoy doing my own thing. Especially when that thing is play time! I can play with just about anything, a box, a cool toy, some string, whatever. But the best thing ever is when the humans get a toy on a stick. Boy oh boy do I love chasing those stick toys. I like pets and will snuggle up to you when I'm in the right mood. I'm not a huge fan of being held up high, I get a bit scared, but sitting down on a lap is cool with me. I like other cats and I think I would be okay with dogs, but I haven't met one yet so time will tell. Overall I think I would be a good kitty to join any household!

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
