Eli was found living in a feral colony where 13th st cats volunteers reguarly feed. He just showed up one day and really wanted some loving from folks. I would call him hesitant and cautious--- he watches for a bit to test out the situation then relaxes into pets, treats and chin rubs. He is adorable --  playful and sweet
