About Yolo | |
|
|
Yolo is a gray and black shorthaired tabby. He was adopted as a kitten from a shelter. He was brought into a home and was raised with a bunny. He currently lives with a 15 month old toddler and has been very tolerable to the poking and prodding that toddlers do to explore and learn. Yolo is very social, loves people, and has mannerisms comparable to those of a dog, such as greeting you and everyone else at the door to say “Hi” then rolling over for a belly rub! Yolo is a lap cat and will sit with you for hours!
Yolo is neutered, microchipped, and current with his shots. He recently received a clean bill of health from the vet, but is overweight (17lbs). Yolo has been an indoor cat only and is litter trained. He has an electric, self-cleaning litter box, that can be past to his new family.
Yolo is a member of my family and saddens me deeply to be looking a new home. Unfortunately, my husband has been allergic to the cat since the day we brought him home from the shelter, while we have managed this for the last 5 years. My son has now developed signs of cat allergies as well and we must consider his health and well-being. Currently, my family is also moving across the country and we would love to re-home him before the move to save him the stress of a 3000 mile road trip.
If Yolo sounds like a good fit for you and your family and you would like to meet him, please contact me at jessica.doaty@gmail.com
